We have been rehearsing the music in small groups - today we had a complete read through with director Richard Carey. It was great to meet everyone else in the cast and to hear the music starting to come together.

Sound of Music

Hello all - we are now well into the throes of rehearsing the Sound of Music. We look forward to presenting it in June - opening night is June 20th - book early!

Sell out Opening night

We were delighted to play to a full house on our opening night. The cast thoroughly enjoyed themselves and from the reactions of the audience so did they.

Feedback so far has been very positive.

At the end of the show on Sunday night we all sang happy birthday to Alan (our Fagin). Alan has been commuting from Taupo for the show. Fagin is a role he has always wanted to play and he has done it justice. A little bird told me that the best 71st birthday present he could have was to play Fagin twice that day!

We love you Alan, it is a pleasure working with you.
